Court appearances. Our solicitors appear as your agent at mentions, directions hearings, call-overs, returns of subpoena, registrar lists and contested listings across the Sydney courts. Document filing, serving, and collecting. We act as filing agents at the Sydney CBD registries, such as filing documents (including urgent filings ahead of a deadline), serving and collecting documents, collecting orders, sealed copies and subpoenaed material, and photocopying and providing first access to subpoena productions. If a document must be filed today and your firm is not in Sydney, tell us the deadline when you instruct us.
Tribunal and commission attendances. We accept agency instructions for NCAT listings, conciliations and directions, and for matters in the Administrative Review Tribunal and the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW.
Examination and enforcement attendances. We attend examination and enforcement listings as agents for firms whose judgment enforcement work requires a Sydney attendance.
